1,How to turn on

※Long press the 'switch* key on the instrument for 1 second to start the machine, the instrument starts to work, the blue indicator is always on, and tum on frequency conversion vibration massage and infrared physiotherapy.
※The intensity of frequency conversion vibration massage and infrared physiotherapy is divided into three grades, which will be automatically adjusted to the highest grade after startup. After startup, briefly press the "switch' key to adjust the gear.
※Press and hold the "switch" key on the instrument for 1 second to turn it off.
2,How to connect the power supply
※Please use the USB charging cable provided with the instrument to connect the mobile phone charger or charging treasure (the output voltage is 5V and the current is not greater than 1.5A). Atter power on, the red light is on and the blue light is on after work.
